It's not how much you know. It's how you share your knowledge.

I've spent years learning everything out there about computers
and it all changes so quickly that keeping up is ongoing.

But the most important thing I've learned is how to teach others.
I love what I do, so patience is not a factor. It gives me great pleasure
to see that expression when you "get it".

I also pride myself in knowing when it's not important that you "get it".
sometimes I just need to make sure that your system operates in a way
that allows you to function properly - keeping the boring details to myself.
